Our QA team prepares robust test cases for the learner and the instructor. Based on the client requirements and UI expectations, our team chooses to either validate the UX across user groups or identify where additional development is required.
We perform the following tests to check the efficiency of the LMS
Automation testing
Throughout the development and testing process, we perform automated system checks. This increases test efficiency and ensures higher product quality and faster market turnaround time. We implement an automation framework, which is a set of rules to be used by the team while creating automated test cases. We select the development language in such a way that the automated system checks stay consistent across development cycles and projects. While performing the automated system checks, we have an LMS that supports the QA team with its build and release processes.
Mobile testing
We perform mobile testing for functionality and usability. We check for the expected functioning across all systems and in all screen resolutions in mobile app testing. We test for software functionality, API functionality, graphics and simulation, patch testing of the app, validation of the GUI, and accessibility.
Performance testing under different workloads
It is critical that the LMS operates as expected across multiple devices and across a range of network speeds. Performance metrics such as memory, throughput response time, and interrupts are analyzed by load testing, capacity testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
Data integrity testing
LMS deals with highly personal user information, and we do not compromise on that. Our QA testing team develops a robust security system to protect the information from unauthorized cyber threats and scams. Our automation testing happens with an increased focus on security. In this regard, we undertake vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, security auditing, risk assessment, and ethical hacking.
